Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology, Texas State University
Maser of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies - Sociology Concentration, Texas State University

Why did you decide to pursue a career in higher education?
I started working on-campus as a freshman and loved the people and environment. After graduation with my bachelor's degree I decided to follow my dreams of helping others reach their educational goals. 
 

What is your favorite part of working for Texas State University? 
I enjoy the people I work with and the students that I have the opportunity to help. I am inspired daily by the students at Texas State and love seeing them reach their goals. 

What “words of wisdom” would you like to share with students?
Reach out for help and guidance when you need it. Utilize the resources provided to you. If you need assistance just ask for help. Texas State has so many resources for students and the faculty and staff are ready to help students in any way they can.
